We do not offer reserved parking. Parking is permitted only in designated areas, within the yellow lines.

What kind of pets do you allow?
One (1) dog is permitted per unit with a weight limit of 40 lbs. Cats must be confined to residents’ units and are not to be let outdoors or loose.
- No exotic pets are permitted.
- All dogs must be registered at the Nob Hill Condominium office. There is a $75 yearly, non-refundable dog registration fee which must be paid in full before vehicle registration stickers are issued.
- If unregistered dogs are kept within the complex or resident’s units the unit owner will be subject to a $250 fine.
- Renters and their guests are prohibited from having dogs as pets on the premises.
